任职资格：
4 C1 [, H% a/ e- C$ L: J H1、本科及以上学历，建筑专业，3-5年本专业工作经验；

3、具有方案设计能力、较强的审美及平面设计技巧；
$ I( D' j+ G L( x4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等设计类软件，及Office 系列软件； + c7 ]6 Q" P- }2 k, d2 K
5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等；

7、具有较强的组织协调能力。

2.Assist project manager or senior level staff in developing a design strategy.

4.Conduct research and analysis as needed for a project.

6.Assist in the preparation of construction documentation and the production of models, marketing material, and presentation packages for public/private review.

1.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 3-5 years of work experience in the field or in a related area.

3.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills. 1 E% x. W) a& W1 A, I
4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office.
