1、本科及以上学历，建筑专业，3-5年本专业工作经验；

4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等设计类软件，及Office 系列软件；
; E+ Y' `3 Q. b& u5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等；

3.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills.
9 v$ G3 d/ k' s m1 g" N, P4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office.
