1、本科及以上学历，建筑专业，3-5年本专业工作经验；

3、具有方案设计能力、较强的审美及平面设计技巧； & m7 m0 ^) r" U- F1 x( D
4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等设计类软件，及Office 系列软件；
& {" y) p# ], u: L4 ^# q, W3 Y& q5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等；

4.Conduct research and analysis as needed for a project.

6.Assist in the preparation of construction documentation and the production of models, marketing material, and presentation packages for public/private review. , p# H4 V# C. u! @2 x) g7 ~
7.Attend meetings both inside and outside the firm pertaining to existing and potential projects.

Requirements:
( t a/ v5 @' V% u8 R5 c1.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 3-5 years of work experience in the field or in a related area.

3 C3 |; x+ J0 B; ~( |3.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills. 6 w& m& l/ i$ B
4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office.
