ZNA禁烟公告
) k$ t4 L2 B3 ]* o' fZNA办公以及公共区域都不允许员工抽烟，也就是说，公司整个5层办公室都是属于禁烟区域。为了方便部分吸烟员工，公司专门设计了ZNA烟民专属的独享空间--吸烟室已经完成并投入使用。因此，即日起原定的东侧铁楼梯门区域的临时吸烟区禁止使用。吸烟室24小时开放，故无论任何时候任何人均不得在办公室除吸烟室外的任何其他区域吸烟。同时，对于这个由小部分同志独享的空间，我们期望大家能够共同维护它的卫生环境，做到以下几点：
; Z8 m% e7 V1 m; {- c& k6 N1、抽烟的时候请把玻璃门关闭，所有窗户打开散味，确保二手烟味不会飘散到其他办公区域。! P! T$ @. H% r9 U
2、请勿随意丢弃烟灰和烟蒂，请放到吸烟室的烟灰缸内。
2 w' W3 G# _7 [' E3、请确保丢弃的烟蒂已经熄灭，杜绝安全隐患。4 m: W( T2 b) @8 [+ Y2 A) ^
4、请抽烟的烟友们互相监督提醒，确保大家都在一个安全，舒适的环境中工作。% i1 r) c& X% q3 Y) L1 _) ^
违反上述公告内容规定的员工，罚款100元/次。同时对于举报违反现象的员工，给予奖励50元/次。. W+ ~% U0 Q8 I- d& q( e3 g1 B

all part of ZNA office , including wash rooms, are non-smoking area. If you wanna smoke, please go to the smoking room( beside the reception desk). Please keep it clear .Thanks a lot!
