岗位职责：
$ }. u2 p. |' D+ ?1、独立完成绘图任务； * K& Y- r' a4 r9 E8 V4 a% K! P/ F. o
2、协助项目经理或高层领导进行辅助设计；
  E0 h; t) `8 d3、有较强的设计能力，能带领助理设计师独立完成项目中的设计任务； * c1 t: p. I8 j
4、完成项目相关的分析和调研； 1 G  ]: o6 n4 `
5、完成项目相关的数据整理分析，汇报设计计算，以及相应的计划和渲染表现任务； " H2 Y( S, H4 _6 e4 \- y( Y
6、协助施工文件、模型的制作以及材料列表、汇报等资料的准备；

8、提供任何额外方式的支持，协助保证项目的顺利进行。

/ f. Z! I, S' c. i" Y( b: r) @& u# w2 `1、本科及以上学历，建筑专业，3-5年本专业工作经验；
% m% P8 k9 W6 q2 n2、具有典型代表性的优秀作品履历； ) X: E& Z9 K4 ]4 u; p
3、具有方案设计能力、较强的审美及平面设计技巧； ) I4 N  r2 T% j+ I
4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等设计类软件，及Office 系列软件；
% U. Y9 W- j% Q, `( _1 \/ G5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等； " |8 E) O( j" m+ E
6、工作严谨，关注细节；

1.Independently complete drafting assignments.
4 L4 p- y, K3 b9 _2.Assist project manager or senior level staff in developing a design strategy. - w5 l- y* m4 S( k4 C6 k1 `# x
3.Strong design ability to lead assistant designers to complete the design tasks of the project independently. 4 N2 A* A0 o/ b# t% {
4.Conduct research and analysis as needed for a project. ' R0 f3 E  f% y/ c) Z
5.Compile data, perform design computations, and prepare plans and renderings. $ x% o$ c; Q; T$ _5 w7 v
6.Assist in the preparation of construction documentation and the production of models, marketing material, and presentation packages for public/private review. 4 n- s) Y, K4 K  {  M, D
7.Attend meetings both inside and outside the firm pertaining to existing and potential projects.

1.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 3-5 years of work experience in the field or in a related area.
9 l8 s% y" y1 Y# k+ O0 B) l2.Promising portfolio of built work which demonstrates technical capabilities.
9 l+ C# k" A$ j" O4 R3.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills.
# y+ ~9 [8 `7 ~1 x3 v! Q4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office. - \8 Q! `, L1 i( q2 H+ @
5.Experienced in working with 3DS MAX , Sketch-up or Rhino. ! }. V. E9 _0 F; [7 W, G
