职位职能:  建筑设计师  建筑工程师（Architect）
职位描述:. {; a. U' P' X' V
岗位职责： 7 r8 K" Q# g- ]( O8 _
1、独立完成绘图任务；
/ R1 H5 T2 N4 ?2、协助项目经理或高层领导进行辅助设计； " v. ]/ |" ?7 h
3、有较强的设计能力，能带领助理设计师独立完成项目中的设计任务；
5 s4 l8 ~3 S1 {4、完成项目相关的分析和调研； . O& M6 _  _% y3 E/ N1 X+ x
5、完成项目相关的数据整理分析，汇报设计计算，以及相应的计划和渲染表现任务；
) ?; E1 B& f( G6 d7 l* {9 n6、协助施工文件、模型的制作以及材料列表、汇报等资料的准备；
, ?" P2 Y: C( J9 v5 v7 }7、参加公司现有的项目或潜在项目的内部及外部会议； ( E& a: o( G9 U! z  A
8、提供任何额外方式的支持，协助保证项目的顺利进行。 5 d! P/ J5 L% O6 y& i

1、本科及以上学历，建筑专业，3-5年本专业工作经验； ! j. I& [" p1 B% T- k# Y+ L
2、具有典型代表性的优秀作品履历；
) |. B$ C7 H2 O, H/ ~0 k. b: G3、具有方案设计能力、较强的审美及平面设计技巧； , H, T7 d& k! e# b* C% a
4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等设计类软件，及Office 系列软件； - q/ t& e+ Y6 J8 }, I5 S
5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等； + Y( k9 v. t) ~# V6 G7 a
6、工作严谨，关注细节；

& P/ w7 W, h+ ?1.Independently complete drafting assignments.
& m2 Z+ _5 z. t1 D4 V0 _) a/ H* ]6 m9 G& [2.Assist project manager or senior level staff in developing a design strategy.
. e' O' ]& v6 Q7 t1 R4 u9 a; m1 X% m3.Strong design ability to lead assistant designers to complete the design tasks of the project independently.

6.Assist in the preparation of construction documentation and the production of models, marketing material, and presentation packages for public/private review.
- @+ y' m! w+ v0 u7 x+ B7.Attend meetings both inside and outside the firm pertaining to existing and potential projects.

4 |7 A/ Z( C4 t& J1.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 3-5 years of work experience in the field or in a related area. . B" L! j# y3 @  f
2.Promising portfolio of built work which demonstrates technical capabilities. 2 \# z# F$ e7 v* V  _" a
3.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills.
9 `% ^1 F  }" T' N" R- o# s4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office.
) X) ^' w4 N. j& b' s( g5.Experienced in working with 3DS MAX , Sketch-up or Rhino.
