职位描述:

1、独立完成绘图任务；
6 y4 |. x9 b! O' e2、协助项目经理或高层领导进行辅助设计；
1 v  ~# i# V, d* F, O6 p& y2 [3、有较强的设计能力，能带领助理设计师独立完成项目中的设计任务；
' E3 S4 d5 V$ ^4、完成项目相关的分析和调研；
0 M) ~' I( n; D( [. C, f9 R5、完成项目相关的数据整理分析，汇报设计计算，以及相应的计划和渲染表现任务； ' M3 H) j5 {  Z' }/ `; d# D, J
6、协助施工文件、模型的制作以及材料列表、汇报等资料的准备；
+ k/ d, \5 J5 K7、参加公司现有的项目或潜在项目的内部及外部会议；

任职资格：
2 b, Q. t" A1 N+ w6 x. W1、本科及以上学历，建筑专业，3-5年本专业工作经验； 3 G% Z" Q0 B* G0 [3 @" t! L7 S- s
2、具有典型代表性的优秀作品履历； 3 B6 `. z0 @+ P* ^& A/ s
3、具有方案设计能力、较强的审美及平面设计技巧； % _. |9 E6 ~6 a0 s3 V
4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等设计类软件，及Office 系列软件；
' c' a2 \  P( d" L% {5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等； 2 f2 q6 M1 \# A) u" f
6、工作严谨，关注细节；   E* V' w8 D8 q5 |7 j
7、具有较强的组织协调能力。 8 O6 C7 F! n1 e9 D

1.Independently complete drafting assignments.

3.Strong design ability to lead assistant designers to complete the design tasks of the project independently. " V) X5 |; h  ~$ |
4.Conduct research and analysis as needed for a project.
) x! o, d! c- x% a9 n5.Compile data, perform design computations, and prepare plans and renderings.
9 q) m0 q0 S  ]0 R/ A4 ^8 M3 V6.Assist in the preparation of construction documentation and the production of models, marketing material, and presentation packages for public/private review.

0 O4 M6 \+ u& E9 f1 F1.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 3-5 years of work experience in the field or in a related area.
# `! F& J. r$ r* d! {2.Promising portfolio of built work which demonstrates technical capabilities. / U( s9 S( x) p. m
3.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills. " r% z$ t, E4 G' G0 w& y
4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office. ; f: T. f' n7 }! d6 E1 f
5.Experienced in working with 3DS MAX , Sketch-up or Rhino.
