岗位职责：

任职资格：
& n) @: \- x% Y P1、本科及以上学历，建筑专业，3-5年本专业工作经验； 6 n/ l0 [ u4 ~3 m' U5 F
2、具有典型代表性的优秀作品履历；
' r. D# F& w) ~/ X: H3、具有方案设计能力、较强的审美及平面设计技巧；
% J% N( [! _# f! ~, C4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等设计类软件，及Office 系列软件； & X0 @' v' e+ v7 }$ E* _
5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等； ) w) \/ D# R1 Q. |, y/ K

1.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 3-5 years of work experience in the field or in a related area.

3.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills.
4 A' o' ], X, r! M! G2 y4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office.

6.Rigorous attention to detail work.
