根据国家的相关规定，2013年中秋节和国庆节放假安排如下：

* _$ X. L6 A) `/ d; \" i2013年中秋节节假期为9月19日至9月21日（周四至周六），共3天。9月22日（周日）正常上班。2 l9 Y# i' w* m

The Mid-autumn Festival will be a three-day holiday，starting

Notice: September 22nd （Sunday）will be a working day.

The National Day will be a seven-day holiday , starting from October 1st till October 7th (Tuesday to Monday).
