1、本科及以上学历，建筑专业，3-5年本专业工作经验；

3、具有方案设计能力、较强的审美及平面设计技巧；
9 H0 ]/ ?) t: B ]( j4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等设计类软件，及Office 系列软件； " m, L* t# Z2 s; o8 ~3 W
5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等；
4 k: d0 W* U7 x# u5 D% F: S: i. \6、工作严谨，关注细节；

7.Attend meetings both inside and outside the firm pertaining to existing and potential projects.

1.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 3-5 years of work experience in the field or in a related area. 1 f% V4 x, R2 Q+ y7 i# g8 w
2.Promising portfolio of built work which demonstrates technical capabilities.
) K$ T g; K7 W5 w" F2 M3.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills.
3 U5 A! v# V8 S; r+ Y7 s2 F, k4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office. ) G5 b& x% _8 i! x
5.Experienced in working with 3DS MAX , Sketch-up or Rhino.
