1、本科及以上学历，建筑专业，3-5年本专业工作经验； ) I# G' b7 w0 j! d- b

3、具有方案设计能力、较强的审美及平面设计技巧；
5 f# [1 ?! T2 g4 H3 [ ~3 }8 f4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等设计类软件，及Office 系列软件；
! m6 x" y r9 O D, \+ x: |3 D5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等； / C: a) T! V N. a0 m# f! M% P

Requirements:
2 N; z0 ?- v) D8 S1.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 3-5 years of work experience in the field or in a related area. ; r2 E& f% ]# g1 D) w. X% P$ A' A
2.Promising portfolio of built work which demonstrates technical capabilities.
4 v. M+ W2 r% l& D3.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills. , y8 n9 h& S9 S I/ t3 b+ l/ f0 N, I
4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office.
