岗位职责：

1、本科及以上学历，建筑专业，3-5年本专业工作经验； & g1 S- B7 l2 ] B

3、具有方案设计能力、较强的审美及平面设计技巧； $ x) S" i( h+ F/ d6 z, H
4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等设计类软件，及Office 系列软件； # B; s5 z( x3 R" j5 g
5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等； 4 n9 R8 C! `( @% ]1 G
6、工作严谨，关注细节；

Responsibilities:

6.Assist in the preparation of construction documentation and the production of models, marketing material, and presentation packages for public/private review.

Requirements: ) V8 H9 i1 {* t$ }" c3 F
1.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 3-5 years of work experience in the field or in a related area.
D; p# M, J/ a& N( O2.Promising portfolio of built work which demonstrates technical capabilities.
9 q7 s4 D: R$ ^6 b5 P, n3.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills. 8 M) F- r! ^7 B% n% a; O
4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office. 6 m, N: s8 c# l+ Z% K a' X) V
5.Experienced in working with 3DS MAX , Sketch-up or Rhino. y8 D* e& K, m
6.Rigorous attention to detail work.
