2、具有典型代表性的优秀作品履历；
' Q; L4 A7 j! V" i6 z3 Y3、具有方案设计能力、较强的审美及平面设计技巧；
; x% `, G# @" f8 n+ O8 J; G4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等设计类软件，及Office 系列软件；
. w7 a" l* D# V& R* j5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等；

6.Assist in the preparation of construction documentation and the production of models, marketing material, and presentation packages for public/private review.

8.Provide additional support to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Requirements:

2.Promising portfolio of built work which demonstrates technical capabilities.
1 K3 x- F! u3 ?2 U. k+ o3.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills. 1 S- k' f0 }. t1 K! K
4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office. 5 A# @! `" R& [0 e" u
5.Experienced in working with 3DS MAX , Sketch-up or Rhino.
