任职资格：
. S& T1 L& b, N$ E0 u1、本科及以上学历，建筑专业，3-5年本专业工作经验；

& w2 ^ ^. Q# j. G; R' I: A% j+ Y3、具有方案设计能力、较强的审美及平面设计技巧；
+ M: z" E. k1 I) R$ l; E; O4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等设计类软件，及Office 系列软件；
6 _( |0 ^5 f" i m. o5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等；

1.Independently complete drafting assignments.

Requirements:
- j, ~5 w! U8 T# q$ _& e) Y1.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 3-5 years of work experience in the field or in a related area.
1 M8 {/ o' `4 X2.Promising portfolio of built work which demonstrates technical capabilities.
4 k7 [0 j6 w; Z7 n' k3.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills. ( j: o+ D: X. U& b$ C( g! K$ Y
4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office. 6 C b1 X0 |5 R1 k q$ v0 L: _1 _+ L
5.Experienced in working with 3DS MAX , Sketch-up or Rhino.
