1、本科及以上学历，建筑专业，3-5年本专业工作经验；

3、具有方案设计能力、较强的审美及平面设计技巧； 0 K0 I2 J- v5 R1 F1 \
4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等设计类软件，及Office 系列软件；
9 @" ^& C/ o0 _( v8 R5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等；

1.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 3-5 years of work experience in the field or in a related area. 0 H6 ]9 R' h# g& Y: x6 [) W
2.Promising portfolio of built work which demonstrates technical capabilities.
. z9 K2 M, s$ i3 x6 c3.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills.
1 C5 v; R& |2 w3 ^$ a4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office.
