1、本科及以上学历，建筑专业，3-5年本专业工作经验；

* i+ X! k! R+ [ b$ p9 s( s* I3、具有方案设计能力、较强的审美及平面设计技巧；
% x5 d0 O% c: A5 g# E. a4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等设计类软件，及Office 系列软件；
. t& s1 l5 b. a+ `5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等；

Requirements:
7 J, m$ }( o# q! F1.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 3-5 years of work experience in the field or in a related area. : w2 Y( y: O" o* s2 T) V
2.Promising portfolio of built work which demonstrates technical capabilities.
. x$ T |0 f! ^) d3.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills. " @, N* J8 Y+ l
4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office. 4 b( I- F0 v i3 B- \: @
5.Experienced in working with 3DS MAX , Sketch-up or Rhino.
