3、具有方案设计能力、较强的审美及平面设计技巧； 7 ^; j. l3 \! f* s2 ^* q
4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等设计类软件，及Office 系列软件；
* q3 n% n4 P+ Q4 }. i0 X5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等；

Responsibilities:

2.Assist project manager or senior level staff in developing a design strategy.

5.Compile data, perform design computations, and prepare plans and renderings. 0 c. z' j: _' r" l0 ~7 y6 p
6.Assist in the preparation of construction documentation and the production of models, marketing material, and presentation packages for public/private review. 6 ^7 C3 p$ Z2 t6 Q1 H h. S" Q
7.Attend meetings both inside and outside the firm pertaining to existing and potential projects. 6 [! H' |7 K* Z/ h
8.Provide additional support to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Requirements: 2 {5 S4 B; B; L1 b8 N
1.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 3-5 years of work experience in the field or in a related area.

# e a# y1 s6 w$ ?6 }2 `3.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills.
