3、具有方案设计能力、较强的审美及平面设计技巧；
* W6 S- t% u3 b0 ?2 b+ u2 q4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等设计类软件，及Office 系列软件；
% C! M: p2 W: D4 N5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等； + t! E# u5 z' G8 D4 B

7、具有较强的组织协调能力。

Responsibilities:

8.Provide additional support to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Requirements:
& e( }5 I# J9 k+ j1.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 3-5 years of work experience in the field or in a related area.

1 }6 ]- G# u+ M1 u. ^3 M3.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills. % c& T# z, }& w$ _- P
4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office. ; t$ R4 s$ p0 t- ~( W2 _

6.Rigorous attention to detail work.
