任职资格：

3、具有方案设计能力、较强的审美及平面设计技巧； $ p7 L" I. ]$ M/ e4 b( ~
4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等设计类软件，及Office 系列软件；
: W8 }6 ~" P( c- E; G7 [5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等；

2.Assist project manager or senior level staff in developing a design strategy.

6.Assist in the preparation of construction documentation and the production of models, marketing material, and presentation packages for public/private review.

Requirements: 1 y1 X/ `1 Q O$ {9 ]
1.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 3-5 years of work experience in the field or in a related area.
/ U( R/ e: f3 E$ _! U* \8 T$ i, `2.Promising portfolio of built work which demonstrates technical capabilities. ' ` a9 ~, s: U/ b w
3.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills.
z8 P9 Z7 l1 s, n7 c4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office.
* V+ w! c8 T% c' X: F5.Experienced in working with 3DS MAX , Sketch-up or Rhino.
