1、本科及以上学历，建筑专业，3-5年本专业工作经验；

3、具有方案设计能力、较强的审美及平面设计技巧； $ P; x8 G! c5 A( `
4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等设计类软件，及Office 系列软件；
$ l5 s. z# n& a% S f+ ]- H/ d5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等； 0 h: h [ _% r/ y, X3 l
6、工作严谨，关注细节；

5.Compile data, perform design computations, and prepare plans and renderings.

1.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 3-5 years of work experience in the field or in a related area.
" m ?3 L8 L8 I2.Promising portfolio of built work which demonstrates technical capabilities. 8 M) E6 g" c, _
3.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills. ; C) C( K7 k K z* C; b
4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office.

6.Rigorous attention to detail work.
