1、本科及以上学历，建筑专业，3-5年本专业工作经验；

3、具有方案设计能力、较强的审美及平面设计技巧；
4 D- i% {- M- b2 c" k, h4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等设计类软件，及Office 系列软件；
- E- d( ^/ k6 W" e9 F1 {5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等； d# E: Y3 Y8 O# f9 o5 {

6.Assist in the preparation of construction documentation and the production of models, marketing material, and presentation packages for public/private review. 6 `+ d" \# _0 B
7.Attend meetings both inside and outside the firm pertaining to existing and potential projects.

Requirements:
% E7 p# y$ G- {! o( P& @' R1.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 3-5 years of work experience in the field or in a related area. : U: j9 T7 h' j& _, x. w6 z
2.Promising portfolio of built work which demonstrates technical capabilities.
. R6 F% `5 H6 P, l3.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills. & d& \; ~, X K1 u8 x( E/ c
4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office.
3 x9 ?4 Z+ c6 I$ p9 Z5.Experienced in working with 3DS MAX , Sketch-up or Rhino.
