3、具有方案设计能力、较强的审美及平面设计技巧； 9 f& f7 D* v6 j! y# C- N
4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等设计类软件，及Office 系列软件；
6 V8 |+ ~3 k, W( i5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等；
' W& u# w# e) m C6、工作严谨，关注细节； . C" _& q) H( u3 V9 C& p6 w; [
7、具有较强的组织协调能力。

Responsibilities:

5.Compile data, perform design computations, and prepare plans and renderings. - h. U- T. o( ^7 w' E' ]
6.Assist in the preparation of construction documentation and the production of models, marketing material, and presentation packages for public/private review.

1 ]+ w% M! [, ~; X* A+ p% z3 q1.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 3-5 years of work experience in the field or in a related area.
5 i7 p5 C; b9 c* h2.Promising portfolio of built work which demonstrates technical capabilities. * h% t# l3 L7 n* u
3.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills. / ~4 C g) S- W; z: L9 L/ q
4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office. $ z$ f: r) ]& ~1 z5 q
5.Experienced in working with 3DS MAX , Sketch-up or Rhino.
