1、本科及以上学历，建筑专业，3-5年本专业工作经验； ' R, C, c' v7 y
2、具有典型代表性的优秀作品履历；
$ B/ H( ] `4 g3、具有方案设计能力、较强的审美及平面设计技巧；
2 W2 t: C) y) A2 i/ D. f* |. `4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等设计类软件，及Office 系列软件； * \9 `. L2 O' ^8 {0 h
5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等； * f! H; \' j! G/ }5 Z6 A
6、工作严谨，关注细节；

Responsibilities:

4.Conduct research and analysis as needed for a project.

7.Attend meetings both inside and outside the firm pertaining to existing and potential projects. P, a0 [6 D/ V

' P' T" {; t' F) S3 |1.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 3-5 years of work experience in the field or in a related area.
6 H( T. }# X/ v7 K2.Promising portfolio of built work which demonstrates technical capabilities.
% j% t1 Q6 f& D3 N% U# {2 W3.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills.
/ s. I/ _! B; E' H- D- C9 i' r% b4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office.
