1、本科及以上学历，建筑专业，3-5年本专业工作经验；

3、具有方案设计能力、较强的审美及平面设计技巧；
3 N7 N2 ^* A* h8 M4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等设计类软件，及Office 系列软件；
; F( X4 y7 z2 n3 |5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等； ( d& H9 S( ~; A; [& L9 W
6、工作严谨，关注细节；

Requirements:
2 s+ p+ @- U2 O5 e+ U1.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 3-5 years of work experience in the field or in a related area.

+ t5 o" k* ^1 V' q% m3.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills. ' f- p2 r( R2 x8 }
4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office.
