1、本科及以上学历，建筑专业，3-5年本专业工作经验； ; a9 `0 e6 }1 L; n! I1 W
2、具有典型代表性的优秀作品履历；
* l/ {' `" l" @5 b0 o3、具有方案设计能力、较强的审美及平面设计技巧；
& ?/ m# r4 z7 ?4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等设计类软件，及Office 系列软件；
, U" S+ m" @0 t/ b+ |5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等； : c- R" c/ _: n/ c: c! R
6、工作严谨，关注细节；

Responsibilities:

4.Conduct research and analysis as needed for a project.

1.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 3-5 years of work experience in the field or in a related area.

4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office.
