任职资格：
2 x- z7 q" v* G1、本科及以上学历，建筑专业，3-5年本专业工作经验； 7 k5 @! t) g6 H, R( P
2、具有典型代表性的优秀作品履历；
* E3 s. _9 C7 [# e+ C$ R- w3、具有方案设计能力、较强的审美及平面设计技巧；
( @$ }) a& X& t3 M4 I4 L4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等设计类软件，及Office 系列软件； - G5 e$ W5 V: m: ^4 P6 L" v
5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等；

Responsibilities:

4.Conduct research and analysis as needed for a project.

7.Attend meetings both inside and outside the firm pertaining to existing and potential projects.

2.Promising portfolio of built work which demonstrates technical capabilities.
) k3 H: f" o* v2 {! Q' ?1 H- ?9 L3.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills.
$ T0 s- V7 q8 L3 \4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office. - B3 K% n; K1 [* F% e
5.Experienced in working with 3DS MAX , Sketch-up or Rhino. * f- y& J+ A* w; H5 h; L( a5 s
