7、参加公司现有的项目或潜在项目的内部及外部会议；

3、具有方案设计能力、较强的审美及平面设计技巧；

5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等；

1.Independently complete drafting assignments.

3.Strong design ability to lead assistant designers to complete the design tasks of the project independently.

5.Compile data, perform design computations, and prepare plans and renderings.

7.Attend meetings both inside and outside the firm pertaining to existing and potential projects.

Requirements:
9 v3 _3 R! _) p* t% | r1.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 3-5 years of work experience in the field or in a related area.
7 P- Q5 o4 s: f9 a- C1 L2.Promising portfolio of built work which demonstrates technical capabilities.
! Y, D( J, ^. O- ~! ^. P) l( N0 K3.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills. ; b' E7 \; x6 M' S2 q A& N
4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office.
