1、本科及以上学历，建筑专业，3-5年本专业工作经验； ' n; k- t. P! ~5 c! ` k# u
2、具有典型代表性的优秀作品履历；
' i) j/ }1 [9 D. n; d3、具有方案设计能力、较强的审美及平面设计技巧； ; i5 w* Z. ?9 d0 @
4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等设计类软件，及Office 系列软件； 0 g% H2 ^1 \% e* L7 l
5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等；

5.Compile data, perform design computations, and prepare plans and renderings.

1.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 3-5 years of work experience in the field or in a related area. 6 `) p9 h. b$ {& o7 D% L0 E
2.Promising portfolio of built work which demonstrates technical capabilities. . [! e+ C. p9 @$ U
3.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills. 7 X( S t, \4 V: ^& @6 X$ r0 h
4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office. + T) G$ w% k2 U4 |/ t
5.Experienced in working with 3DS MAX , Sketch-up or Rhino.
