1、本科及以上学历，建筑专业，3-5年本专业工作经验；

9 W2 A# z7 d( h2 s3、具有方案设计能力、较强的审美及平面设计技巧； . a. K* P8 k. w4 \( z& b
4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等设计类软件，及Office 系列软件； - q7 {, Z t% h2 u! e: W' y
5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等； , F" s# n- i" u

5.Compile data, perform design computations, and prepare plans and renderings.

1.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 3-5 years of work experience in the field or in a related area.
2 X+ {0 P) t; r! j( `2.Promising portfolio of built work which demonstrates technical capabilities. % @6 H" A3 E0 K7 m' u( S" I+ s5 P
3.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills. . F2 ` D& G Y ^6 j1 K
4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office. ( h& C' m: _0 z
5.Experienced in working with 3DS MAX , Sketch-up or Rhino.
