任职资格：
& W7 a7 {0 n K4 H# M% s4 ]% N1、本科及以上学历，建筑专业，3-5年本专业工作经验；

3、具有方案设计能力、较强的审美及平面设计技巧；
q0 J9 l* }+ j& e: i* m/ J) i4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等设计类软件，及Office 系列软件；
, |6 J( d" s: ]/ K, `0 ]5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等；

Responsibilities:

3.Strong design ability to lead assistant designers to complete the design tasks of the project independently.

1.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 3-5 years of work experience in the field or in a related area. * b) g& h" G1 b& e( |
2.Promising portfolio of built work which demonstrates technical capabilities.
& B- L/ U# t5 O1 t3 F. w3.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills. 6 x4 F. q5 _2 V* _
4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office.
