1、本科及以上学历，建筑专业，3-5年本专业工作经验；

3、具有方案设计能力、较强的审美及平面设计技巧；
, H( S3 I/ p' U' |4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等设计类软件，及Office 系列软件； + Q2 d' X# j! V$ ^/ M
5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等；

6.Assist in the preparation of construction documentation and the production of models, marketing material, and presentation packages for public/private review. 4 V/ P5 X+ V- S% N

8.Provide additional support to ensure smooth execution of projects.

1.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 3-5 years of work experience in the field or in a related area.

1 E; _, v9 A9 j3.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills. 1 e2 b1 C: t# X. |' m$ V
4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office.
