1、独立完成绘图任务；

1、本科及以上学历，建筑专业，3-5年本专业工作经验； 7 J I8 T" N' F& O* V/ G
2、具有典型代表性的优秀作品履历；
* p3 N9 l |# M1 {1 J8 D3、具有方案设计能力、较强的审美及平面设计技巧； ( p. A5 K4 _& t: e! T+ A( T
4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等设计类软件，及Office 系列软件； ( ~" K# P3 V; w( Y. f
5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等；

1.Independently complete drafting assignments.

5.Compile data, perform design computations, and prepare plans and renderings. 3 [0 k/ c, c' G4 I+ o
6.Assist in the preparation of construction documentation and the production of models, marketing material, and presentation packages for public/private review.

1.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 3-5 years of work experience in the field or in a related area. : K, B8 w* {5 G/ p' L
2.Promising portfolio of built work which demonstrates technical capabilities.

4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office.
