岗位职责：

任职资格：
0 K. ^# C" \/ k+ i" C* S1、本科及以上学历，建筑专业，3-5年本专业工作经验； $ x: r' | ?& i7 {( z
2、具有典型代表性的优秀作品履历；
" ~/ S& W* t9 D3、具有方案设计能力、较强的审美及平面设计技巧；
4 T2 U v( `" T$ h- _/ s( |! M* a4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等设计类软件，及Office 系列软件； 2 M* R) o; y; f4 w8 e
5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等； 7 z. M' c- p% U8 t
6、工作严谨，关注细节；

5.Compile data, perform design computations, and prepare plans and renderings.

Requirements:

2.Promising portfolio of built work which demonstrates technical capabilities.

4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office. - }/ I. Q% [& D0 u" Q( b
