任职资格：
/ u3 `8 c8 T; A5 B. r1、本科及以上学历，建筑专业，3-5年本专业工作经验；
1 p' k8 z' V- E& N" H2、具有典型代表性的优秀作品履历； & a. @# W# G( _3 n
3、具有方案设计能力、较强的审美及平面设计技巧；
" A$ d2 F. e' ~. t8 y4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等设计类软件，及Office 系列软件；
, M/ w+ @( u; e/ E5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等； ( |4 U; p* n8 ^1 [3 U, E/ F
6、工作严谨，关注细节； 5 P! `) ~5 m+ `; ^- j
7、具有较强的组织协调能力。

8.Provide additional support to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Requirements:
6 w4 @9 v9 ^- Q1 m+ J3 p* ^1.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 3-5 years of work experience in the field or in a related area. $ w4 S. S" `1 q
2.Promising portfolio of built work which demonstrates technical capabilities.
4 Y4 T4 h- e* f3 H3.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills.
: d# L" H' _2 p/ R7 d1 g7 `6 j4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office. " K( I* n7 C ~4 v1 l
5.Experienced in working with 3DS MAX , Sketch-up or Rhino.
