1、本科及以上学历，建筑专业，3-5年本专业工作经验；
. @2 f% B6 s8 c2、具有典型代表性的优秀作品履历；
) ~( A! ?' X& {6 \5 d; ~8 _3、具有方案设计能力、较强的审美及平面设计技巧； ! L) x0 |6 F7 l3 g! i
4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等设计类软件，及Office 系列软件； 1 W+ p: A* X# d
5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等； 0 v" g* B4 l4 i8 U& ^6 M* n
6、工作严谨，关注细节；

7.Attend meetings both inside and outside the firm pertaining to existing and potential projects.

Requirements:

3.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills.
0 S+ t6 \' H& e6 f. Q8 ^4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office.
