岗位职责：

1、本科及以上学历，建筑专业，3-5年本专业工作经验；
& d; q* a2 |# e6 L2、具有典型代表性的优秀作品履历；
8 B8 |/ U) P% c1 z; ?3、具有方案设计能力、较强的审美及平面设计技巧；
( B' e. K. v5 \3 Z" o4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等设计类软件，及Office 系列软件；
1 I% u6 p: f7 Q, ]& D/ k5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等；
7 J2 L# X1 j1 q* Z+ L6、工作严谨，关注细节；

Requirements:

2.Promising portfolio of built work which demonstrates technical capabilities.
+ Z6 }2 x. W C* N5 f3.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills.
/ b, q. r6 R, }8 q1 F' L4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office.
& l) f9 ^6 L( y* }5.Experienced in working with 3DS MAX , Sketch-up or Rhino.

7.Excellent organizational skills.
