1、本科及以上学历，建筑专业，3-5年本专业工作经验；

3、具有方案设计能力、较强的审美及平面设计技巧；
1 x2 {; q; Q5 y6 u, `4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等设计类软件，及Office 系列软件；
* e9 A) f& o4 s3 i3 w5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等；

Responsibilities:

2.Assist project manager or senior level staff in developing a design strategy.

Requirements:
8 i* W, W3 j6 p, P* ^3 l1.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 3-5 years of work experience in the field or in a related area.
4 S1 [" @+ O; `' |* n0 `2.Promising portfolio of built work which demonstrates technical capabilities.
* I2 T% K/ D; `5 H2 n ~0 T3.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills. 2 F$ N3 w0 F; {$ R1 w* c! }4 |( ]
4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office. * \8 ]7 b& m P- \
