任职资格：

3、具有方案设计能力、较强的审美及平面设计技巧； 5 c9 G% w% u% f( d6 _3 O
4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等设计类软件，及Office 系列软件；
2 z! C' L0 h% g0 K! Y. W5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等； / w) c2 y/ m Y4 C
6、工作严谨，关注细节；

1.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 3-5 years of work experience in the field or in a related area. " h% i1 l7 O8 a( f
2.Promising portfolio of built work which demonstrates technical capabilities. 3 f6 ^" k8 f0 P; u% }/ e
3.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills. 5 @% F- J9 s% J2 k C7 w
4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office. / d1 w, |& W+ N' ]6 P
5.Experienced in working with 3DS MAX , Sketch-up or Rhino.
