岗位职责：

1、本科及以上学历，建筑专业，3-5年本专业工作经验； " R. x5 ?- G! m9 U0 A/ `
2、具有典型代表性的优秀作品履历； / y& n" U8 r& {: l1 e
3、具有方案设计能力、较强的审美及平面设计技巧； 9 m; k+ \( V& v6 `6 f
4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等设计类软件，及Office 系列软件；
! w6 V8 v5 } E2 f3 S2 R! v5 p5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等；
* j; i( A, i2 { z" e4 g) @6、工作严谨，关注细节；

4.Conduct research and analysis as needed for a project.

6.Assist in the preparation of construction documentation and the production of models, marketing material, and presentation packages for public/private review.

8.Provide additional support to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Requirements:
0 A* i; V3 p6 R" m4 {1.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 3-5 years of work experience in the field or in a related area. # w V! F0 {# m
2.Promising portfolio of built work which demonstrates technical capabilities.
' e9 Z: P" X. K9 ]8 d s# [% V# |3.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills. 2 L/ `; h9 H. |6 Z& O+ ]
4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office. - ^* d L, u6 J7 B$ p3 O
