1、本科及以上学历，建筑专业，3-5年本专业工作经验；
& c! g8 \9 u0 X' ^* `1 W2、具有典型代表性的优秀作品履历；
9 l1 Y, v8 R o/ j5 W3、具有方案设计能力、较强的审美及平面设计技巧； 2 V) Z& I+ g/ n9 @+ Q
4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等设计类软件，及Office 系列软件； 9 `6 m0 M& @1 I0 F, N( w
5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等； 8 _4 q! ^. B! f5 E* L7 t% e5 L

4.Conduct research and analysis as needed for a project.

6.Assist in the preparation of construction documentation and the production of models, marketing material, and presentation packages for public/private review.

Requirements:

3.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills.
- L$ x5 r: Z1 }, P$ {4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office.
% H) y2 z: Z" ?5.Experienced in working with 3DS MAX , Sketch-up or Rhino.
