各位同学：
! C% Y1 a$ ?! A. v7 L" Y5 P2012年4月2日（星期一，清明节假期的第一天），咱们办公楼所在的区域供电局需要外网停电检修。请大家在4月1日离开公司时保存好电脑中的各类文件，避免不必要的损失。2012年4月3日，正常供电。

According to the Notice from the Power Supply Bureau, the office will be power cut for checking on 2nd April (Monday, the first day for Tomb-sweeping Day)
! x: f4 j1 U( O/ C. You guys please save all your files before you shut down your computer and leave office on 1st April. 5 S9 V  H+ C; F$ m2 w: B
On 3rd April, the electricity will be ok.
