任职资格：
3 J& z4 j5 d+ b. C2 `1、本科及以上学历，建筑专业，3-5年本专业工作经验；

$ M! s) M9 n! N7 D9 s$ ]3、具有方案设计能力、较强的审美及平面设计技巧； 7 G, L+ R$ K! T
4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等设计类软件，及Office 系列软件；
" d4 f8 [7 K: p0 \4 f! h' h, G5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等； 8 d3 U0 q. c3 K7 o, D, e
6、工作严谨，关注细节；

Requirements:
3 t2 E* Y+ F% W( Y* L# w1.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 3-5 years of work experience in the field or in a related area.

3.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills.
1 E4 v6 w( _) F/ [4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office.
