& b2 T7 X% m/ J+ e. V: J3、具有方案设计能力、较强的审美及平面设计技巧；
. [4 B6 r, F+ w U, R: ]4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等设计类软件，及Office 系列软件；
8 J. X+ p) h* ]2 N4 B4 E5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等； # x" }: q- }8 b( T8 n
6、工作严谨，关注细节；

Requirements:
4 d: ?' c, C7 w, @ m1.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 3-5 years of work experience in the field or in a related area.

3.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills. ! W0 P; P! a) K; I) A+ C0 {1 M
4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office. # D3 e1 U7 s: ^) Y
5.Experienced in working with 3DS MAX , Sketch-up or Rhino.
