任职资格： ' D( I/ @7 l- \; O% c
1、本科及以上学历，建筑专业，3-5年本专业工作经验；

C1 n1 J8 g% m0 u3、具有方案设计能力、较强的审美及平面设计技巧；
! {9 v! k+ }# Q6 C0 a# C) V) R7 y4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等设计类软件，及Office 系列软件；
Z0 r9 ]6 N; \7 G, Z* o- O5、熟练运用至少一种三维模型软件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等； 6 \) Y: \9 D4 {3 R+ S
6、工作严谨，关注细节；

Responsibilities:

4.Conduct research and analysis as needed for a project.

Requirements:

2.Promising portfolio of built work which demonstrates technical capabilities.
& r$ T4 N* j0 q; p- T+ k+ X1 U5 |3.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills.
