根据国家的相关规定，2013年中秋节和国庆节放假安排如下：% E% @/ |# F' H
According to China public Holidays in 2013, following:
) N2 V( S9 O  G4 ^0 [  F3 D3 O2013年中秋节节假期为9月19日至9月21日（周四至周六），共3天。9月22日（周日）正常上班。

The Mid-autumn Festival will be a three-day holiday，starting- H$ d. R1 u/ \1 `0 E
from September 19th till September 21st (Thursday to Saturday).

Notice: September 22nd （Sunday）will be a working day.

2013年国庆节节假期为10月1日至10月7日（周二至周一），共7天。9月29日（周日）、9月30日（周一）、10月12日（周六）正常上班。

The National Day will be a seven-day holiday , starting from October 1st till October 7th (Tuesday to Monday).
